1. During the grinding process of connecting rods, it is crucial to ensure that the rods being ground are isolated from each other. This isolation design not only prevents the connecting rods from toppling against each other and reduces the risk of potential damage, but also ensures a smooth grinding process. At the same time, the smoothness of the feeding system is also a key factor in guaranteeing grinding quality. By precisely controlling the feed speed and force, we ensure the stability of the connecting rods during the grinding process, thus improving grinding accuracy and efficiency. In addition, the absence of stranded rods in the grinding zone after shutdown is an important consideration in the design of our machines. By optimizing the cleaning and recovery mechanism during shutdown, we ensure that no rods remain in the grinding zone after shutdown, which further improves the reliability and efficiency of the machine.

2. The water treatment system of the double disk grinding machine is a key part of ensuring the normal operation of the machine and the quality of grinding. The system consists of a thermostatic chiller, a magnetic separation system, a paper belt filtration and purification system, three sets of water pumps, two sets of water level control systems, two sets of water tanks, and two sets of slag catching carts, among other components. The constant temperature chiller is responsible for controlling the water temperature to ensure the stability of the water temperature during the grinding process; the magnetic separation system is used to remove the ferromagnetic impurities in the water; the paper belt filtration and purification system further removes the tiny particles and impurities in the water by means of paper belt filtration. The water pump is responsible for transporting the treated water to the grinding area to provide the necessary cooling and lubrication for the grinding process. A water level control system monitors the water level in the tank in real time to ensure that the water volume is always within the appropriate range. The water tank is used to store and treat the water, while the slag truck collects and disposes of the slag generated during the grinding process.

3. In order to eliminate the ball screw clearance and improve the precision and stability of the machine, we use a hydraulic system. Through the precise control of the hydraulic system, we have successfully eliminated the ball screw gap, thus reducing the wear and tear of the screw and the risk of failure. This design not only extends the service life of the screws, but also keeps the machine in optimal working condition at all times.
