The grinding wheel will automatically return to the grinding position after dressing and trimming and the grinding machine start again without manual intervention.
Product description
The operator puts the connecting rod to be machined into the loading channel. After the double grinding machine detects the workpiece, the feeding mechanism will feed the connecting rod into the guiding mechanism, and the workpiece will enter the grinding area through the guiding mechanism, and then pass through the unloading guiding mechanism after the grinding is completed. The connecting rod being finished will be unloaded automatically in an array suspension. If two machines are connected together as a processing line, the workpiece can enter the second machine for automatic grinding. When the loading lane of the second machine is full, the second machine will automatically stop loading and, at the same time, the first machine will stop working.

Main structure of double grinding machine
Front and rear bed; left and right grinding heads; left and right carriages; left and right feeding and compensation mechanism; independent wheel trimming mechanism; electrical control system; hydraulic system; pneumatic system; automatic loading and automatic unloading array mechanism. It works through the cooperation of electrical system, PLC system, mechanical system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, alarm system and fault diagnosis system.
The left and right grinding stones are driven by hydraulic system with fast forward and fast reverse function. Feeding is driven by ball screw. The machine provides various options according to different situations, such as: gradually moving the workpiece feeding channel forward; coolant constant temperature control system and coolant three-stage purification treatment system; automatic alarm system for each part of the machine; automatic lifting and lowering of the machine guard;
Acceptance of the machine and technical services
1. Acceptance criteria
1.1 The geometric accuracy of the machine tool shall be implemented according to the accuracy requirement stipulated in the Contract and standard of JB/T 9907.2 - 2014 and JB/T 9907.4 - 2017 from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China.
1.2 The working accuracy of the machine tool is implemented according to the technical agreement signed by both parties.
1.3 Acceptance of the test of the work piece shall be made according to the standards recognized by both parties. Before signing the technical agreement, the Buyer needs to provide the technical drawings, work piece grinding range as well as the relevant technical data and requirements. The drawings must be signed and confirmed by both parties in advance.
2. Acceptance procedure
2.1 Pre-acceptance: At the Manufacturer’s factory, the work pieces for testing are provided by the Buyer. The machine will be shipped by the Manufacturer after passing the work pieces test by the Buyer.
2.2 Final acceptance: At the Buyer’s factory, the Manufacturer shall be responsible for the installation and commissioning of the machine tool, the final acceptance shall be made by the Buyer after grinding test has been passed.
3. Technical services:
3.1 The Manufacturer shall be obliged to provide all technical training services to the Buyer.
3.2 After the final acceptance of the machine tool, the quality guarantee period shall be for one year. During the quality assurance period, if the machine tool goes wrong or machine parts have been damaged which are not caused by the Buyer, the Manufacturer shall provide free repair service or replace the damaged parts. Video communication on social media through mobile phone or surveillance cameras shall be provided for instant solution to give troubleshooting instructions. The Manufacturer shall reply within 2 hours after receiving the notice to guide the troubleshooting. If necessary, the factory on-site repair shall be provided by the Manufacturer to clear the trouble.
3.3 After the warranty period expires, the Manufacturer will provide a lifetime preferential technical services and technical support for a wide range, and provide the necessary spare parts in time.
3.5 The Buyer guarantees that the all the products, parts and technical materials provided by the Manufacturer shall not be disclosed to any third party, and do not cooperate with third party to counterfeit the products or parts provided by the Manufacturer.
