2. The design of the spindle is a combination of double cylindrical roller bearing and bi-directional angular contact thrust ball bearing for greater stability and bending stress on the spindle.
3. The main motor transmits torque to the spindle via a triangular pulley. The relief structure is adopted between the triangular pulley and the grooves to avoid the bending stress on the spindle.
4. Grinding head feed controlled by precision ball screw with feed accuracy down to 0.001 mm, which ensures the stability of the grinding process.
