Double end grinding machine grinding is one of the widely used grinding processes. This grinding process utilizes the mutual cooperation between different fixtures to grind various metal and non-metallic material workpieces, and is very suitable for semi precision and precision machining processes. The Hengyun end face grinding process is particularly widely used in the automotive industry.

There are three types of double end grinding methods: one is the commonly used surface grinding machine grinding process, the vertical circular table grinding machine grinding process, and the single end area double end grinding process. Each grinding method has its own applicable area and the workpiece to be ground. The essence of the difference in grinding methods is how the grinding wheel and workpiece are removed and ground!

The grinding method of a surface grinder is: the spindle is level with the ground, the grinding wheel is perpendicular to the ground, and the outer circle of the grinding wheel is used to grind the surface of the workpiece. The workpiece is adsorbed onto the surface grinder workbench through magnetism. This grinding method is widely used in ordinary precision surface grinding processes.
