M8101A horizontal axis double end grinder is suitable for grinding two parallel end faces of bearing inner and outer rings at the same speed.
M8101B horizontal axis double-end grinder, the main motor of the auxiliary grinding head is equipped with frequency converter, which can adjust speed steplessly, and is suitable for equal grinding of the two end faces of bearing rings with different areas.
The machine tool adopts the process method of go-through feeding and continuous grinding, which has high production efficiency and stable performance. The advance and retreat of the grinding head, feed and automatic dressing of grinding wheel are controlled by electrical and mechanical transmission system.
