M8101 Horizontal Shaft Double End Grinder is a special grinder for grinding piston rings and valve seat end faces for automobile, tractor, internal combustion engine manufacturers and accessory factories. According to the shape, size, material and precision of the workpiece, it can be equipped with feeding mechanism to grind friction discs, valves and gaskets, and ring parts made of non-conductive or non-metallic materials.
M8101A Horizontal Shaft Double Endface Grinder is suitable for grinding two parallel endfaces of bearing inner and outer rings at the same speed.
M8101B Horizontal Shaft Double Endface Grinding Machine, with the main motor of the secondary grinding head plus frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, is suitable for equal grinding of unequal areas of the two
end surfaces of bearing rings.
The machine tool adopts through-feeding and continuous grinding process method with high productivity and stable performance, and the grinding head advance and retreat, feed and automatic dressing of grinding wheel are controlled by electrical and mechanical transmission system.
