Technical services:

1. The Manufacturer shall be obliged to provide all technical training services to the Buyer.

2. After the final acceptance of the machine tool, the quality guarantee period shall be for one year. During the quality assurance period, if the machine tool goes wrong or machine parts have been damaged which are not caused by the Buyer, the Manufacturer shall provide free repair service or replace the damaged parts. Video communication on social media through mobile phone or surveillance cameras shall be provided for instant solution to give troubleshooting instructions. The Manufacturer shall reply within 2 hours after receiving the notice to guide the troubleshooting. If necessary, the factory on-site repair shall be provided by the Manufacturer to clear the trouble.

3. After the warranty period expires, the Manufacturer will provide a lifetime preferential technical services and technical support for a wide range, and provide the necessary spare parts in time.

4. The Buyer guarantees that the all the products, parts and technical materials provided by the Manufacturer shall not be disclosed to any third party, and do not cooperate with third party to counterfeit the products or parts provided by the Manufacturer.
