4. Check whether the motor of the oil pump can operate normally, and then check whether the pressure of the oil circuit, auxiliary oil circuit, and unobstructed oil circuit can meet the requirements of the application declaration.
5. The machine tool should open the air valve, discharge the air in the cylinder and system, and then close the bleed valve.
6. For machine tools with hydraulic operating boxes, the on-off valve and speed handle of the workbench must be adjusted according to the provisions of the operation manual to make the workbench slow and run back and forth several times in a short interval.
