二、High-precision double-end grinding machine grinding mode

The high-precision double-end grinding machine uses two grinding heads to grind the two parallel planes of the workpiece together, there are two kinds of horizontal and vertical axes, the workpiece is guided by a linear or rotary feed device through the grinding wheel, this grinder has high power, suitable for the mass production of bearing rings and piston rings.

Compared with the surface grinder grinding edge, the productivity of the surface grinder grinding wheel end grinding wheel is higher, because the diameter of the end grinding wheel is often larger, can grind the full width of the workpiece at the same time, and the grinding area is larger, but when the high-precision double-end grinding machine grinding, the grinding wheel and the surface of the workpiece are curved line or surface contact, the contact area is large, the cooling is difficult, and the chips are not easy to remove. Therefore, the machining accuracy and surface roughness are slightly poor.

In addition, the round table is only suitable for grinding small parts and the end face of large diameter ring parts, not suitable for grinding long parts, and the rectangular table can easily grind a variety of common parts, including the diameter of the ring parts less than the width of the rectangular table, so it is better to choose your own.

三、High precision double end grinding wheel installation requirements

1. The grinding wheel holes of the high-precision double-sided grinding machine need to be mounted on the grinding wheel spindle or the grinding wheel chuck, and maintain appropriate clearance.

2. When the diameter of the grinding wheel is too large, it is allowed to have shrinkage sleeves, and the thickness of the bushing shall not exceed both sides of the grinding wheel, and shall not be less than 1/2 of the thickness of the grinding wheel. A wheel with a diameter larger than that of the grinder is not allowed to be installed with a shrink bushing, and a wheel with a larger diameter is allowed.

3. The liner made of flexible materials (such as asbestos rubber sheet, etc.) needs to be lined between the grinding wheel of a high-precision double-sided grinder and the pressing surface of the grinding wheel chuck, with a thickness of 1-2mm and a diameter 2mm larger than the pressing surface.

4. When installing the grinding wheel, abrasive wheel shaft, gasket and grinding wheel chuck, the matching surface and pressing surface should be kept clean without any attachments.

5. When installing double-sided grinding machine, pay attention to the tightening degree of compression nut or screw, should be compressed enough to drive the grinding wheel does not slide, so as not to damage the grinding wheel due to excessive pressure, if there are multiple compression screws, gradually tighten according to the diagonal order, the tightening force should be uniform: if conditions should use a force measuring wrench.

6. When installing the sand tile, the compression length should be greater than the width of the sand tile, and the center of the installed sand tile assembly should be aligned with the rotating center of the spindle.
