1. The double side grinder can meet different grinding needs, providing the option of frequency converter retrofitting, so that the grinding head can realize the function of stepless speed regulation, and easily realize the effect of differential grinding.
2. In order to improve the operation convenience and precision of the equipment, we provide servo motor and touch screen retrofitting service, which makes the operation more intelligent and precise through CNC control.
3. The double side grinder is specially equipped with a water mist collection, purification and separation system, which effectively collects and treats the water mist generated by grinding, ensures that the fixture and loading/unloading area remain relatively dry, and at the same time, ensures that the humidity of the air discharged from the machine tool complies with the standard, so as to provide high quality guarantee for the working environment.
Performance characteristics of double side grinder:
1. In order to make the double side grinder meet different process requirements and improve grinding efficiency, we provide optional frequency converter retrofitting service. By retrofitting the frequency converter, the grinding head is able to realize the function of stepless speed regulation, i.e. the grinding speed can be continuously and smoothly adjusted according to the needs, thus realizing differential grinding. This differential grinding technology can accurately control the grinding speed and force according to the hardness of the material and processing requirements, effectively improving the grinding accuracy and surface quality.
2. In order to enhance the degree of automation and ease of operation of the machine, we offer the option of adding servo motors and touch panels. The servo motor can precisely control the trajectory and speed of the machine to ensure the stability and precision of the machining process. The touch screen provides an intuitive and user-friendly interface, allowing the operator to easily set parameters, edit programs, and monitor the machine's operating status. 3. The double side grinder is specially equipped with a water mist collection, purification and separation system to cope with the problem of water mist generated during the grinding process. During the grinding process, the machine tool will generate a certain amount of water mist, which, if not treated in time, will cause dampness to the fixture and loading/unloading area, and even affect the machining quality and machine performance. Therefore, we have adopted a water mist collection, purification and separation system, which can effectively collect the water mist generated by the machine tool and separate it into water and air through purification to keep the fixture and loading/unloading area dry. At the same time, the system ensures that the humidity of the air exiting the machine meets the standard requirements, providing a high quality working environment.
