In order to provide supporting services for the connecting rod production line, our company has organized and developed a set of connecting rod conveying channel specially used for connecting rods. The connecting rod conveying channel is mainly used for automatic transmission of connecting rods between the upper and lower processes of the connecting rod production line. The connecting rods move forward in a creeping and stepping manner, and the transmission is smooth without jamming. The connecting rod stepping material channel does not need manual intervention, namely, the connecting rod is prevented from being damaged by collision, and the appearance quality is improved; Meanwhile, the working efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.

At the same time, our company produces: straight line section, right-angle curve, S-curve, which can form various layout forms of connecting rod material channel at will, so as to realize automatic conveying of connecting rod to the target. It is mainly used for the automatic transmission of connecting rod between the equipment of the automatic production line of connecting rod. The height regulator is installed on the stepping material channel to adjust the height of the conveying trough to meet the requirements of different specifications of connecting rod conveying. And that width of the support rod of the stepping material channel is adjustable, the incline angle of the conveyed connecting rod is changed, and the convey requirements of connecting rods with different sizes are met. The height of the material channel can be adjusted according to the requirements, and the lower part is provided with an adjusting foot and a fixed bracket for fine adjustment. The transmission mechanism of the stepping conveying channel is provided with a safety shield, and the tail end of the transmission mechanism is provided with a blocking device. A liquid collecting tray is arranged at the lower part of the stepping material channel to collect the lubricating oil or cleaning liquid dripping from the connecting rod. And provide a reliable scheme for an automatic production line of that connecting rod, a processing line of the connecte rod and processing equipment of the connecting rod.
